Overview

Risk management professionals are responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization’s operations, finances, or reputation. They develop strategies to reduce or manage risks related to financial loss, operational disruptions, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity threats.

Typically, professionals in risk management hold a degree in finance, business, or a related field, and may pursue further certifications.
