Overview

Individuals in the Banking Compliance field ensure that financial institutions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. They monitor changes in regulations, update internal policies, and work with teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance across all business activities.

Typically, banking compliance professionals hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or business, and may pursue further certifications.
